Crockpot Chicken Tortilla Soup
Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into chunks
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 soup can of water
1 tsp of cumin
1 1/2 cups of chunky salsa (I used "On the Border" medium)
1 can of black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 can of corn (drained)
salt and pepper to taste
Combine ingredients and cook in crock pot on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
Serve with shredded cheese and crushed tortilla chips (I used blue corn)!!!
