So, the Minnick Family has been sick for a while...blah. Mitch was sick two weeks ago for about a week. He ran fevers all the way up to 103. He was achy, WHINY, and didn't feel good all over. Well, he got rid of that and ever so kindly passed it on to me...so, I am working on my second day at home sick. I went to the doctor yesterday for a few reasons, but she decided that this mess was just viral and to wait it out. On another note, she has preliminarily diagnosed me with migraines. I have been having awful headaches for weeks now that just don't seem to get better with the typical over the counter meds.
She has me on some preventative medicine right now and has referred me to a neurologist so that he can better diagnose me. Part of me thinks that I simply have VERY blocked sinuses from having such horrible allergies, but she seems to be leaning towards migraines. Hopefully, the neurologist and an MRI can give us some better answers. Please remember me in your prayers... I really don't care if it is migraines or sinus issues, I just want to be fixed! I am hurting so bad and it is so hard to put a smile on my face for Luci when I feel like my head might explode at any minute!!!
I will keep you posted after my trip to the neurologist in a few weeks!!! Also, please keep Luci in your prayers so that she doesn't get this viral mess that got Mitch down and has me down now. Ugh.
