2x4

I haven't done a recipe blog in a while so I thought I would post one of my childhood favorites...2x4 soup!! It is incredibly simple and so hearty and delicious!

Ingredients
2 lbs of browned ground chuck, drained
2 cans of Minestrone soup
2 cans of pinto beans
2 cans of crushed rotel (can use one can of rotel and one can of crushed tomatoes if you prefer very mild soup)


Mix together and put in crock pot. Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4! (It can cook longer than that, but that is the minimum time)

Serve with cornbread or saltine crackers!!

This is a great meal to have on one of those dreary, cool days!!
