Friday night- Mimi had spent the week with Brendon while Mark and Quinn were out of town, so they came over for dinner. I actually prepared the same dinner (Spicy pulled pork, green bean bundles, and green chile rice) we had the night before with Kerri and Taylor...I am so original sometimes! haha!! After dinner we just hung out and got things together for Sunday's festivities.
Saturday- We woke up early and headed to our usual breakfast place, The Egg and I. After breakfast, we ran errands for the baby shower I was co-hosting on Saturday. After errands, we came back and worked in the yard and packed the car up with all of the shower supplies. In the afternoon, we drove down to Paris to hang out with Mimi and PePaw and spend the night. (The shower was in Paris). Saturday night, we accompanied Mimi and PePaw to their Sunday School potluck where we ate some delicious food!! After the potluck, we all went to the park to play for a bit!!!

Saturday evening Mom helped me get some final things ready for the shower and Luci got to experience a few "girly" firsts!!! She got to wear her first nightgown...and I put her hair in sponge rollers for the first time!! They only lasted 10 minutes or so...but I think she will let me leave them in longer next time! My Mom had my hair in sponge rollers before I could walk I think!!

On Sunday, we went to church, came back to the house and had a quick lunch, then left to decorate for the shower!! The theme of the shower was "Tasha's Ready to Pop"...and we had different "Pop" foods for people to snack on!! My friend Katie helped with the theme and some of the "Pop" decor!!!! The shower was a lot of the fun and turned out really cute!! I think Tasha is all set for Miss P to arrive!!!!!

The shower was cute! OMG Luci's face with the rollers! And her nightgown is so BIG GIRL!!! She is beautiful and I've said this before but you dress her like a little model! :) I love getting to see updates!
