Friday night, Luci's cousins Brendon and Ellie came over to play while their Mommy and Daddy went out for a date night!!! The kids had fun running around and watching The Lion King!!!
Saturday, we went out for an early breakfast at The Egg and I (my new fav restaurant) and Mitch surprised me with an early Valentine's Gift!!!!

On Sunday we went to church and then I cleaned house and did a gazillion loads of laundry while Mitch worked on homework!! Sunday afternoon we went to the park for a bit and then met Kerri and Taylor out for dinner!!!

On a different note, Luci must be going through a little growth spurt because she was a hungry girl on Sunday and this morning!!! On Sunday for breakfast she had half a piece of toast with jelly, a few bites of pop tart, 5 bites of sausage, a container of strawberry applesauce, 3-4 bites of hashbrown, and a cheesestick!! This kid hardly ever eats breakfast! On Sunday for lunch she ate meatballs, cottage cheese, peas and carrots!! She ate a pretty good dinner on Sunday and as soon as she woke up this morning she asked about breakfast! She had 2 bowls (obviously toddler portions!) of cereal!!! Luci is normally a decent eater as far as variety...but she usually eats like a bird. This is way more than she normally eats!!! I guess I need to be prepared for new pants and shoes for her!!! She is growing way too fast for this Momma!

Luci turns 2 years and 8 months old!! (no, I usually don't keep track of the months anymore :-))

A visit with Grammy and Granddaddy!
