Weekend Fun- Sports, Cooking, & Pumpkins!!

This weekend we had a lot of fun and were quite busy at home! Mitch was glued to the tv for a lot of the weekend watching the Hogs win, the Sooners lose, & the Rangers lose then win! I was busy in the kitchen a lot of the weekend! I made Pioneer Woman's Cajun Chicken Pasta, Pumpkin 4 Layer Delight, and a Crockpot Breakfast Casserole!!! Yum yum!!! We also did the usual house cleaning and laundry. You know, the really fun stuff. Oh and I did do a little shopping and got a manicure in between everything! Whew we were busy!!

The best part of the weekend was the Minnick's first annual pumpkin carving!!! We got a really big pumpkin and carved one side and let Luci put a "face" on the other side...

A House Divided!!! Mitch's favorite two teams are the Rangers and the Cardinals. He is in heaven with the World Series!!! However, when push comes to shove, the Rangers are always his top favorite!!
